DPP is cloud base application that has been design to manage specially for UK Dental practices. Single dashboard manages multiple practices remotely. This portal is online (platform) that is easily accessible from anywhere. (Dental Professional Portal) can maintain their portfolio.

- Financial solutions:
in this module they manage all financial activites for all dental professional and other staff. Including user rate payment function also.
Now question is what is user rate payment function?
User Rate Payment Function: The Practice has the ability to change a user’s hourly rate if their package or role changes. Depending on the user’s role, the hourly rate can be adjusted for either individual users or groups. This page allows Practices to quickly and easily update payment rates for their Dental Professionals and Staff without any delays.

DIFFERENT SESSION OF DPP
- Dentist session: Dentist Sessions simplifies the process for practice managers to schedule group dentist payments across their practices through one easy-to-use portal. Payment categories, along with the payment month and year, can be customized according to management needs. They can also view previous payment history during the same session
- Hygenist session: The Hygienist Session page allows Practice Managers to schedule payments for Hygienists with custom categories. Payments can be made by cash, card, or cheque. The payment history can also be viewed directly on the same page.
- Staff session: In the Staff Session, Practice Managers can schedule payments for dental staff based on the practice they work at. The payment schedule considers the number of hours worked each week, days off taken, and any bonuses. Payment history can also be viewed in this section using search filters for month and year.
- Delete session: The Delete Session page allows practices to remove group sessions created with a Dentist, Hygienist, or other staff members. Scheduled monthly payments can be deleted for either groups or individuals. Practices have options to delete as needed. If they want to delete a specific monthly payment for all group sessions, they can use the ‘Delete All’ option.
- Approved Payment: The Approved Payment Page allows practices to manage various payment sections for Dentists and Hygienists. They can add the payment date and reference number for each dental professional, and select banks as needed.
That provides all report like:
- Dentists Earning: Dentists Earning provides earning reports for all Dentists and Hygienists in the practice. Each report shows NHS and Private income, along with any deductions. This monthly report can be viewed anytime .
- Staff Earnings: The Staff Earnings report is a monthly overview for all staff, except Dentists and Hygienists. It includes details about their branch, annual wages, holiday information, primary work location, working hours, and pay rates. The report also covers overtime, emergency rates, and income details.
- Human Resources:
In this module they manage user roles like their GDC No. and the GDC status, email and user that helps Practices see the list of their employees’ details
- User: The User’s page allows Practices to see a list of their employees along with details like their GDC number, status, email, and user status. The company admin can also use this page to edit, delete, or view personal documents uploaded by employees. The edit feature lets the admin update basic employee information and change their status to active or inactive. They can also add or remove the employee’s main practice branch.
- Add User: Dentists, Hygienists, and Nurses must have their GDC number to register with DPP. Other staff can be added without a GDC number, and one will be automatically generated in the DPP system after they are added. If a person has the same email address at Company A, they can be invited to join Company B using their GDC number.

Ø Users Documents
The User Document is a guide for different users and their roles. It clearly shows which documents they have uploaded to DPP and which ones are missing. It includes details about the practice, the user role, and the user’s name, along with the document category and subcategory for each status.
Manage User Role
Manage User Role is designed to customize the privileges for each employee. Practices can change the rights of each user and their role. A filter option is available with fields like company, practice, roles, and username.
Users can be selected, and their rights and responsibilities can be assigned using the relevant checkboxes.
Role Templates
Role Templates are similar to managing roles, but they focus on group settings instead of individual users. The privilege settings can be turned on or off based on the user’s role in the organization.
3. Dental Compliance Portal
Documents for the Practice are uploaded to the Practice Compliance Management module, which works like an issue log for the company that lists all compliance documents for the branches. These documents can include certificates for each department, and the list can be updated when documents expire or are outdated.

Practice Compliance is where all the Practice’s documents are uploaded. It’s like an issue log for the company that lists all the important documents for the branches. This includes things like department certificates, accident books, maintenance records, risk assessments, health and safety documents, insurance, and employee schedules.
Compliance Report
The Compliance Report page shows the overall compliance report for different practices. It lists the documents that have been uploaded and those that are missing. The report includes details for each practice, along with the document category and subcategory.
